Being pregant is an amazing time in a womans life. Our pregnancy yoga classes will offer you the chance to develop a strong, flexible and centered mind and body. Our prenatal yoga classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your ever changing body.
We focus on postures which open the body and release stress and tension and build the strength you will need during your pregnancy and birth. We also work very specifically on breathing exercises which are going to help you through the labour process and meditation to give you the tools to calm the mind and the emotions.
Our Brisbane pregnancy yoga classes are run each week on Tuesday evenings at 5.45pm. We also have a gentle yoga class on Saturday mornings at 11am which is also a suitable class for mums-to-be!
