BEGINNERS Yoga – Designed to provide the foundations of yoga including core yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Whether you hope to lose weight, become more flexible, or reduce stress, yoga will help you get on the right path to overall well-being.

Suitable for those new to yoga or those who wish to go back to basics.

 

GENERAL Yoga Hatha yoga uses asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation in order to bring the body to health.

The practice of Hatha Yoga will result in improved flexibility, physical strength and most importantly, a sense of inner peace. All levels welcome.

 

PREGNANCY Yoga - Our Prenatal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing

body. Join other pregnant women as you strengthen your physical body with yoga, and bring clarity to your mind through meditation. All mums-to-be

welcome.

 

VINYASSA Yoga – A fluid and powerful class, interweaving breath, prana, asana and flow. Develop strength, flexibility and centre within. Experience

required.

 

GENTLE YogaA gentle weekend Yoga class suitable for beginers, pregnant yogis and anyone wishing to relax into a softer practise. 

 

 

Studio fully equipped and no need to book. Please arrive 10 mins early before your first class and stay for the entire class to avoid disturbing others.
